A surprise in the noisy mornings

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Daily room cleaning kept our space fresh and tidy.

It disrupted our holiday experience significantly.

The hotel was an absolute letdown. the bathroom was rusty and moldy, as if it hadn't been cleaned since the dawn of time. the mattress was so dirty and smelly that one could only wonder if it was ever changed. i expected at least a sincere apology for such horrors, yet was met with indifference.

The pool area was nice, but I found my room quite noisy.

The breakfast had a good choice of coffee and juice, along with an inviting dining area.

The room had a horrible smell of damp, despite no visible signs of mould.

The indoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape during our stay, especially after a day of exploring. The size of the Triple Room allowed us to move around comfortably, and the airport shuttle made our arrival hassle-free. the staff seemed inconsistent with information regarding check-out and room amenities. The furniture looked outdated, and the bathroom door didn't function properly, which was quite inconvenient. Although the hotel offered a good location near public transport and local restaurants, the absence of functional Wi-Fi in the room was frustrating. Breakfast lacked variety and needed improvements in quality. Some towels were stained, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay. A little attention to detail, like better communication and updates to the facilities, could significantly enhance the experience.

A central gem with an inviting pool and live entertainment. Helpful staff like Maria at the front desk. Daily meal options were decent, and convenient car hire services were available right at the doorstep. The vibe was friendly with a welcoming bar area that made our evenings enjoyable.

I enjoyed the spacious room during my 7-night stay, but the musty odor severely impacted my comfort. The staff could have been more helpful to address our concerns.

The room I stayed in offered plenty of space and had a decent hot shower with strong water pressure, making it comfortable after a long day of exploring. The communal areas including the pool were well-kept, complementing the overall cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.

The air conditioning lacked personal control, requiring me to constantly involve the front desk to adjust it, which felt inconvenient. I also found parts of the furniture dated and in need of repair, which detracted from the otherwise decent experience.
